If you are not satisfied with your items, you can return them within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked.

For your benefit, Theatre Bee describes the return policy below, but please visit the links specified above to have the latest version.

* 30-day returns *

30-day Return Guarantee: Simply return your product within 30 days of your receipt date. If it doesn’t fit or you don’t like it, just send it back. The following return options are available:

1. Exchange for a new product.

2. Exchange for a voucher. Can be redeemed towards your next order.

3. Refunding the purchase price is possible as long as you didn’t personalise the product yourself.

* How to initiate a return *

1. Open your delivery confirmation or your online account on this site.

2. Click on “Returns”.

3. Select a reason for your return and choose a Return option.

Your return is usually processed within 7 business days.

* Who will bear the return shipping costs? *

If your order value less than €40, you will need to bear the shipping cost for the return. Otherwise, you do not need to pay for shipping.

Please always contact the service team using either the email address or telephone number at the footer of this site before returning anything. In many cases, they are able to find a solution that avoids sending packages back and forth unnecessarily.

* What happens to returns? *

Returns do not end up back on shelves to be resold. Since 2011, Spread Group (the wonderful company that hosts this site, accepts Theatre Bee's designs, and prints and fulfils your orders), has been donating new goods from returns worldwide for charitable purposes, e.g. to associations or families in need.

Recycling and further processing: What they are not allowed to donate due to legal regulations (including personal designs or company logos), they hand over to a recycling company. These articles are also given a second life, e,g. as protective insulation wool.
